Our Services
Peaceful Adult Day Care Center services are focused primarily on older adults who, because of physical, emotional, or mental impairment, require assistance in a supervised environment-an environment that also provides a variety of therapeutic, restorative, and rehabilitative services aimed at achieving an optimal level of functioning. Adult day care supports the clients medical needs, psychosocial limitations, functional abilities and the caregiver.
Our adult day health care center is a licensed community-based program that provides health, rehabilitative, recreation and social services to those who need assistance living independently but would benefit from the socialization provided in a group setting.

Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
- Medical Services: On-Site Health Care Services, Physician Care, Interim Medical Care as needed.
- Nursing: Registered nurses on premises, Medication management, Blood pressure & sugar monitoring
- Dietary Services: 2 hot & delicious catered meals and snacks served daily to meet the needs of individualized diets.
- Social Services: Licensed Social worker, Individual and family counseling.
- Transportation: Door-toDoor transportation, Transportation to medical appointments
- Ancillary Services: Therapy services(Physical, Occupation and Speech)
- Trips & Outings, games, arts & crafts, books, special events and more.
- 24 Hrs. Fitness membership - free for all clients

What is an Adult Day Health Care Center?
An Adult Day Health Care Center is a medical program that provides a variety of clinical services including nursing care management, social work, physical and occupational therapy, and nutrition services in addition to a culturally diversified therapeutic recreation program.
Is Transportation provided?
Yes. Transportation is provided to and from Little Ferry from all over Bergen, Hudson and Passaic County.
Are meals provided?
Yes. A snack and a full hot nutritious meal are provided during each shift.
Is Adult Day covered by insurance?
Yes, Medicaid and all managed care Medicaid insurances pay for Adult Day Health Center services. If you don't have insurance, there is a private rate available for services.
Can my Home Attendant come with me to the center?
No. The centers have CNA’s (certified nurses’ assistants) on staff to assist with any personal care or activities of daily living. Therefore, home attendants are not allowed to accompany you to the center.
Are different languages spoken in the center?
The Peaceful Adult Day Care Center has a multi-lingual staff. We speak English, Spanish, Korean and Indian. Future events
